Highlighted rooms are where that work is concentrated. The dots are touchpoints — handles, switches, rails, push plates — and they get disinfected in every room, every visit.
Anything outside this list — floor stripping, carpet extraction, window washing, post-construction work — is quoted separately, so your monthly figure never moves without you agreeing to it first.
A walkthrough takes about twenty minutes and there is no obligation at the end of it. Most proposals go out within two business days.
