Thinking about selling your cleaning company?

We buy small commercial cleaning companies across West Michigan. Before we talk about price, we will tell you exactly what happens to your crew — because for most owners we speak to, that is the part that actually decides it.

What happens to your people

This is the first thing we put in writing, not the last. Our whole company is built on paying and supporting cleaners properly — your crew joins on the same terms as everyone else here.

Their pay comes up to our standard
Our cleaners earn about 25% more than the local average. Anyone who joins us through an acquisition is brought onto that standard, not left on their old rate.
We are not buying your accounts to strip labour out of them
The numbers we underwrite assume your people stay and your sites keep the hours they need. Cutting crew hours to make a deal work is how service collapses in the first six months, and it is not our model.
Training, equipment and written standards
Every site gets a documented checklist. Nobody is sent into a building to work it out alone.
A path to grow
Lead and supervisor roles go to people who came up through the work. Your best cleaners have somewhere to go.

Your clients, and you

The two questions that come next.

What happens to your clients

  • Where we can, the same crew keeps working the same building.
  • Every site gets a written scope of work so nothing is lost in the handover.
  • No gap in service. We do not pause anything to re-tender it.
  • We tell them together, on your timeline — not before you are ready.

What happens to you

  • A clean exit, if you are ready to be done.
  • A paid transition period if you would rather hand over gradually.
  • An ongoing role if you do not actually want to stop working.
  • Seller financing is normal here and we are happy to structure that way.

What we look for

If you are not sure whether you fit, call anyway. A short conversation costs nothing and we will tell you straight.

Commercial, not residential

Offices, medical and dental, retail, dealerships, warehouses and similar. Recurring contracts rather than one-off jobs.

Anywhere in West Michigan

If you are just outside our area, it is still worth a call.

Any size

From a handful of accounts upward. A good three-account book with loyal staff is a real business.

Owners ready to step back

Retiring, relocating, or simply tired of running it. We are not looking to force anyone out of a business they still love.

How it works

Five steps. You can stop at any of them, and nothing becomes public unless and until you decide it does.

  1. 1

    A conversation

No documents, no commitment. You tell us roughly what you have and what you want out of it.

  2. 2

    Mutual NDA

Signed both ways before any numbers change hands, so your staff and clients hear nothing.

  3. 3

    A written offer

Price, structure and a transition plan, together in one document. No moving targets.

  4. 4

    Diligence

We review contracts, payroll and equipment. You review us — ask for our client references.

  5. 5

    Close and transition

We work the handover alongside you and your crew, site by site, until it runs on its own.

Tell us as little or as much as you like. A first call is just a call — no documents, no obligation, and nothing gets back to your staff or your clients.
