What we measure at the walkthrough

  • Cleanable square footage, floor by floor
  • Restroom count and fixture count
  • Floor types — carpet, hard floor, tile
  • Layout, and how open or divided the space is
  • The frequency you actually need

What moves the price, and what doesn't

  • Your monthly figure is flat and does not drift
  • Added square footage or frequency triggers a re-quote first
  • Project work is quoted on its own, never folded in
  • You approve any change before the work happens
